Progressive metal icons Dream Theater have announced the next release in their Lost Not Forgotten Archives series with Live In Tokyo, 2010, due out March 13, 2026.
Recorded at Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo, the performance captures a historic moment for the band, marking founding drummer Mike Portnoy’s final show with Dream Theater before his return in 2023. The lineup—James LaBrie, John Petrucci, John Myung, Jordan Rudess, and Mike Portnoy—delivers a powerful set highlighting some of the band’s most celebrated material.
The six-track live album features extended performances of fan favourites including “A Nightmare to Remember,” “The Count of Tuscany,” and “Pull Me Under / Metropolis.”
Live In Tokyo, 2010 will be available as a special edition CD, multiple 180g vinyl variants, and digital formats.
