Lamb of God Melts Faces at Budweiser Stage

The American heavy metal band Lamb of God came to the Budweiser stage on Thursday night and what they did to Toronto was melt faces! Opening with Ruin, guitarist Willie Adler ripped through an insane solo that left people in awe. Vocalist Randy Blythe impressed many with his brutal screams as he jumped around throughout the show. This was only the first song of the night and everyone knew this was going to be an amazing show. Another great highlight of the concert was when they performed their rendition of Metallica’s …And Justice For All which was a great cover!

The Band
Formed in 1994, Lamb of God is a heavy metal band from Richmond, Virginia. They are one of the most popular metal bands to come out of the United States. They have had 11 studio albums and two live albums since their formation.

The Fans
All in all, Lamb of God was an amazing performance. The energy was high and the crowd was into every second. The mix of old and new songs kept the audience entertained and satisfied. I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next time they come to town!

The Light Show
The stage was nothing short of epic, with a well-lit backdrop and a perfect view for the audience. The band played a tight set and their sound was perfect in every way. I could feel the bass pounding through my chest as they closed with Walk With Me In Hell. The crowd shouted out the lyrics to every song, singing along without shame. We were all on our feet for over two hours straight as we were given an experience that will be remembered for years to come.

The Crowd
Toronto was treated to a face melting show from Lamb of God with openers Behemoth, then Anthrax. The pit was going all night. If you are in the Toronto area and want a heavy dose of metal, make sure to catch the tour on the 29th!
