Houston, St. Louis, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh added to Rush’s celebrated return to the stage
RUSH is adding four more stops to its highly celebrated ‘Fifty Something’ Tour, bringing Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson to Houston, St. Louis, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh in October and November 2026.
The newly announced arena dates continue the band’s celebration of more than five decades of RUSH music while honouring the legacy of late drummer and bandmate Neil Peart.
The four new shows are:
- October 1, 2026 – Houston, TX – Toyota Center
- October 21, 2026 – St. Louis, MO – Enterprise Center
- October 23, 2026 – Cincinnati, OH – Heritage Bank Center
- November 15, 2026 – Pittsburgh, PA – PPG Paints Arena
Lee and Lifeson explained that the additional dates came after realizing they were handling the demands of touring better than expected.
“When we initially booked this tour we didn’t know how well we would hold up to the rigours of the road,” the pair said. “But life is nothing if not surprising and we’re doing fine and having a blast.”
The band originally built the tour with plenty of time between shows to allow for recovery, but with the tour going so well, RUSH decided to add several of the cities that have supported them throughout their career.
The ‘Fifty Something’ Tour features RUSH in a special “evening with” format, with two sets each night and a rotating selection of songs drawn from a catalogue spanning more than 50 years. The shows feature more than 40 songs across the tour, including classic hits and longtime fan favourites.
Joining Lee and Lifeson behind the kit is touring drummer Anika Nilles, who has quickly become a major part of the band’s new chapter.
The tour has received widespread praise for its combination of classic RUSH material, exceptional musicianship and heartfelt recognition of Peart’s enduring contribution to the band.
For fans hoping to catch RUSH on one of the newly announced dates, RUSH Newsletter and Backstage members have access to a presale beginning Wednesday, September 2 at 10 a.m. local time. The presale password is FREEWILL.

RUSH will continue its ‘Fifty Something’ Tour across Canada, the United States, Mexico, South America, the UK and Europe into 2027, giving fans around the world an opportunity to experience the band’s latest chapter.
After more than five decades, RUSH is proving that the music, the musicianship and the connection with its audience remain as powerful as ever.
