I went to see Destroyer, the KISS tribute band, last night at The Rockpile in Toronto. Here’s my review of the show.
The Destroyer band was tight and sounded great, nailing all the classic KISS songs. The drummer was a real powerhouse, and the guitarists shredded. The singer did a great job of capturing Paul Stanley’s vocal style.
The show was a lot of fun. The band was high energy and the crowd was into it. If you’re a KISS fan, I recommend checking out Destroyer. They’re a great tribute band.
