Frank Soda @ The Rockpile: A Retrospective
Since Frank Soda’s first show in 1983, the band has played over 1000 shows and never released any albums or EPs. Until now, that is. On June 9th and 10th, Frank Soda will take to The Rockpile stage in Toronto to showcase their new album, Just Kids from Nowhere, as well as perform their classic hits from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Who is Frank Soda?
A Toronto native, Frank Soda has been working in the music industry for over two decades. He has toured with many major bands and artists including David Bowie and Guns N’ Roses, and has had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented musicians in the world. In addition to his work as a sound engineer, he is also an accomplished musician who has toured with various indie rock bands.
Touring Canada for 4 Years
Having released their debut album in June 2017, Toronto-based indie rock band Frank Soda has been touring Canada for the past 4 years. Some of their favorite memories are the spontaneous busking sessions on the streets of Montreal and Toronto, as well as playing to a full house at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto.
